today I was feeling crazy enough about getting out of the house that we went to the new WalMart in Hawk’s Prairie. big mistake. yeah, I should’ve known that WalMart on a Saturday afternoon would’ve been insane, but Walmart itself gave me the creeps. (though I will say that they seem to have good deals on video games.) the last straw was after buying one of those screw-on faucet water purifier things (which we’ve been talking about getting for a while), I wanted cash back, just $5 - and their point of sale system is set up so you can only get cash back in increments of $20. wtf?
but I am happy that this morning I did my stretches and iced my ankle like I’m supposed to, and I didn’t end up all achy from walking around like I usually do!
