secrets of JS libraries

meh.

y’know, usually I pride myself on being on time. but here I just can’t seem to make it on time to anything.

can’t read the screen from here, can barely hear the speaker.  I have no idea what’s going on or why it’s important. grr.

“all major libraries sniff in some places” — conditionally evil?

never use alerts for [??? unit tests?]

localize & reduce. (just like w/CSS)

clean up on page unload. I really can’t quite understand (as in hear) what they are saying.

drip. for finding IE memory leaks?

exposing well-defined edges?

“we all steal from Dean Edwards and we do so openly”

bleh. all around bleh.

Hi! This is Elaine Nelson's site, which used to be at epersonae.com, and which is sometimes known as emergency weblog.
