random thought about microblogging

I would like to see a micro-blogging service that had the grouping thing that Plurk does, the aggregating thing that FriendFeed does, and my network from Twitter. I don’t know which interface I prefer; none of them really grab me, but they each have different strengths.

Anyway.

I haven’t blogged in SO LONG that I thought I’d drop this thought here rather than elsewhere. I keep meaning to write, but nothing seems to rise to the surface. I feel like my brain is in a sort of holding pattern. I’d say “more later,” but that may or may not be so.

  1. I don’t like microblogging very much because I think it encourages a lack of substantial content. My status updates on Facebook are here one day and gone the next, and they never really meant much anyway. I miss feeling like my writing was actually something I felt like writing from my heart.
