not to jinx it or anything, but I think I saw the house today. why this one? a nice neighborhood, walkable to work on a good day & busable otherwise. a fireplace (if only gas) and a oddly loft-like look. a decent little yard, already set up with raised beds and a few fruit (cherry? apple?) trees.
but I say too much. 🙂
