embarrassing but true: I finally figured out how to adjust the height of my monitors from stuck at the lowest position.

13 years ago, no state had more than 19% obese (over 30 BMI); 3 years ago, no state had LESS than 15%. (and that was 3 years ago….) as of today, my BMI is 27.5; my goal is 24, and I started at 30.6.
