still having some trauma with publishing. I don’t know if it’s a sweethomes problem or a blogger problem. well, at least they’re all showing up in the editing screen…so they’re not lost to the ages.

today is warm & sunny, with a light breeze. I love living in western Washington – the weather is so damn mild. (NOAA reports on everyone else dying from heat.)

I’m procrastinating on working out. bad Elaine!

Susanne’s been having some trouble with her server – thus nothing written in the last 2 days seems to have published properly. I’m writing this quick note in the hopes that when I publish it will go up properly.

a little dinner, a little TV. now I just need to get some dinner.

I’m going to take a little walk – too sore to do the weights thing, but it’s such a nice day that I don’t want to stay inside.

my chest and the tops of my shoulders are sore. I guess that means that working out is paying off…or something.

I’m reading The Metaphysical Club, which is turning out to be quite fascinating, in a philosophically geeky sort of way. I first read about the book at Slate, and then reserved it at the library. (took forever to get it, which is all my fault.)

I love reading big squirrelly books. they keep my brain moving, and give me writing ideas. 🙂

working out only minimally improved my mood. I’m having a hard time again. bad hormones, a bit of post-traumatic stress…and some good old-fashioned angst. and we’ve really got to move things around in this house!

discovered last week: Sluggy Freelance, by way of Not My Desk. massively funny & disturbing – really only makes sense when read from the beginning. warning: will suck away all your free time.
