my gut reaction is that this is where a lot of the "webmasters" that Dylan & I want to talk about are living. I need to read this again 2 or 3 times and see if I can use some of these ideas. also, I'm having that same issue in re: industry-specific events/training. (also, I love the term "cargo-cult sysadmin")
