something about a blank slate
I’m rethinking the whole presentation of this site, pondering other sites I’ve seen of late, thinking about what all this is here for.
Of course, I don’t actually have time to do anything about it at the moment. (1st paying freelance job, ongoing project for a friend, remodelling, etc., etc.) I’m just thinking, is all.
Among other things, I think I like that look with the highlighted recent post towards the top of the page, with more nav-like stuff down below some sort of dividing point. Hmmmm.

sez Carlos: “i’m gonna make that an fn’ ringtone”
hola!
If you’ve found this, congratulations. You’ve discovered my new (permanent? temporary?) home at elainenelson.org.
Media Diet will be returning shortly, as will a design of my own creation. (Probably not the multi-column robin design, tho.)
Once again, my joke name for my blog turns about to be about right. This time, I let my epersonae@mail.com address collapse under the weight of spam, abandonded it, and moved on. Only I’d forgotten that it was the address used by my domain registrar. D’oh!
Now I can’t log in, and I don’t have my password, and the address in whois is the place I lived four years ago. Lovely. So I’m waiting to hear from joker.com, with fingers crossed. And in the meantime, here I am…spread the word.
