Instead, we went up to Tacoma to shop for bike stuff…now I’m actually outfitted for winter riding, or at least my bike is. (Those fenders I’ve been eying, plus a light set.) And beading stuff, since I had a buy one get one free coupon for wire at the Bead Factory, and they have fantastic wire, much better than the stuff at Shipwreck.
And since we were in the neighborhood, why not lunch at It’s Greek to Me? (Best gyros and fries in Tacoma: we used to live ACROSS THE STREET.) Yum. (Tom, if you’re paying attention, thought you’d appreciate that they have lentil soup now!)
Which makes for some happy consumerism. ![]()
